At PETITECLOTH, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase of our dresses. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. This policy outlines your rights and the process for returning items.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under European Union law, if you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you (or a carrier you nominate) receive the goods.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused: The dress must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as [e.g., earrings or lingerie if you sell them, otherwise delete this line]. Please also note that gift cards are non-refundable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. The easiest way to do this is to:

We will provide you with the return shipping address and any further instructions.

Important: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
4. Deadline for Returning Goods
To meet the 14-day withdrawal deadline, you must send back the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel the contract.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Inspection: We will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions stated in Section 2.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method (e.g., your credit card, PayPal account) within 14 days of our approval.
Deductions: Please note that we may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or PayPal account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect, please contact us at assistanc@petitecloth.vip. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color because you changed your mind, we recommend returning the original item for a refund (following the process above) and placing a new order for the desired item.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your dress arrives faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at assistanc@petitecloth.vip with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the damage or fault. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
