1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
We offer the following standard shipping options:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (such as DHL, Deutsche Post, or Hermes) and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier disruptions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PETITECLOTH is based in Bretten, Germany.
Orders shipped within the European Union (EU): Prices displayed on our site include applicable German VAT. You will not be required to pay any additional customs or import duties upon delivery, as goods move freely within the EU single market.
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom (non-EU): Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes (such as VAT) imposed by the UK authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs and cannot predict whether and how much these fees will be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have made a mistake with your address immediately after placing an order, please contact us right away at assistanc@petitecloth.vip. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
8. Lost or Damaged Items in Transit
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at assistanc@petitecloth.vip with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by issuing a replacement or a refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors or local post office. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please note that claims for lost items can only be initiated after a reasonable period has passed past the estimated delivery date.
